DELIVERY AND PAYMENT METHODS
How long does delivery take?
We want to offer you the best service for delivery so your order is shipped within 48 hours. And our average delivery times are then 1 to 2 days.

Where do we deliver and what are the delivery costs?

We deliver all over the world. Delivery charges are free for all orders.
I made a mistake, what should I do?

Do not panic, if your order has not yet been sent, contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, once an order has been sent from our warehouse, no more changes can be made.

What are the payment methods?

Currently, you can pay by credit card or via PayPal on our site. We do not accept bank cheques, transfers or payments upon receipt.

Is your site secure?

This site is 100% secure. Here's why : first, the site you are visiting is on an HTTPS server (the little padlock on the left side of the URL of this page is there to remind you.) .

What happens if I am not satisfied with my product?

We offer a " satisfied " guarantee. Where refunded " to 100% ! If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the price of the item in full as soon as it reaches us. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and the return costs must be paid by you. Proof of postage should then be emailed to us as proof of delivery.
